History

The AIR-TECH, spol. s r.o. Holešov has been established in the 1992 thanks to the activities of members of Aeroklub Holešov who managed to set up a new company and linked-up to a long tradition of aircraft repairs in Holešov.

The activities were started in a small workshop which was adapted from aero club garage. Here, after many years, the first overhaul of the engine aircraft was realized. It was the Zlin Z-226 T, registration number OK- KMK, by that time owned by Aeroklub Křižanov. Afterwards, further major overhauls of Zlin 26 and Zlin 40 lines followed.

The firm expanded in 1994, when the company Aerotechnik terminated repairs of gliders L-13 Blaník and the AIR-TECH, spol. s r.o. Holešov took over their production program and thus enlarged the repair range by gliders L-13 Blaník and L-13 Vivat.

The company is authorized to carry out regular maintenance and repairs of gliders and engine airplanes up to the major overhaul for the following types:
